We’re confident you’ll love your GemKitty jewelry. Why? Because it’s your design, because our gemstones are hand-selected and because our artisans craft your design with love.
However, if for any reason, you don’t love it, we’ll take it back, no questions asked! You can return your jewelry within 30 days of receipt for a full refund via the original method paid.
If you paid via credit card, we will refund your card. If you paid via a gift certificate (including ones purchased on other websites), we will issue you a new certificate with your refunded amount. You only pay for return shipping. Return instructions
